Working Papers 2011
Our Working Paper Series is designed to communicate work in progress and to disseminate key findings in areas related to the core research themes of the institute. The series includes contributions from our own research staff members, visiting scholars and participants in institute events.
The Working Papers constitute “work in progress”; the series allows researchers to present preliminary versions of their research to a wider audience. Papers in this series may be in various stages of completion and are often pre-publication versions of academic articles or book chapters. They are published to stimulate discussion and contribute to the advancement of our knowledge. We welcome feedback from readers and encourage you to convey your comments and criticisms directly to the authors.
Our Working Papers are refereed and may be downloaded from this site by individuals, for their own use, subject to the ordinary rules governing the fair use of professional scholarship. Working Papers may be cited without seeking prior permission from the author.
