Selma Ebraham

Vita

Each year 75 recent graduates are selected from across the U.S. to participate in a year-long fellowship in Germany funded jointly by the German Bundestag and U.S. Congress under the Fulbright Act.  Selma Ebraham is one of the fellows this year from Washington D.C.  She studied at the University of Virginia (US), McGill University (Canada), Sciences Po Lyon (France), and Georg-August-Universität (Germany). She is currently an international development professional specializing in business development and project management. She completed a postgraduate degree at the Water, Engineering and Development Centre in the UK.

In Göttingen Selma worked with Professor Dr. Matthias Koenig on the project ‘minority rights and nationhood in written constitutions.’ She conducted research on Uyghur diaspora communities in the Department of Religious Diversity.
