Prof. Dr. Kristin Henrard

Curriculum Vitae

Kristin Henrard is Professor of Minority Protection at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (EUR) as well as Associate Professor of Constitutional Law. Kristin Henrard teaches human rights, comparative human rights, minority protection, constitutional law, introduction to public law and law pertaining to immigration (including refugee law). Her main publications pertain to the areas of human rights and minority protection.

In addition, Kristin Henrard is the founder of the Minority Research Network, which she also coordinates. The Minority Research Network encompasses currently more than 115 academics working on minority protection themes from different regions of the world as well as from a broad variety of disciplines.

Furthermore, Kristin Henrard is editor of the Netherlands International Law Review, of the Global Review of Ethnopolitics and of the International Journal on Group and Minority Rights. She is also a member of the International Advisory Board of the Human Rights Centre of South East European University (Tetovo, Macedonia), and member of the Expert Team on Minority Ombudsmen of the European Center for Minority Issues (ECMI).

During her stay at the MPI-MMG, Kristin Henrard focussed on "visions/perspectives on integration".
