Prof. Dr. Tom Cheesman

Tom Cheesman’s project during his stay at MPI-MMG concerned literary, theatrical and media texts by Muslim cultural producers working in German, French and English, in particular, those who publicly define themselves as believers. He was building on a previous project on Turkish German prose fiction, which led to the book “Novels of Turkish German Settlement: Cosmopolite Fictions” (2007).
