Felix Bender was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Ethics, Law and Politics at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity since September 2020. He is now at the KU Leuven. His research interests span all refugee related issues. He is particularly interested in research that combines sociological and anthropological work with that of political theory. At the Max Planck Institute, he was working on a project tentatively entitled “Towards New Boundaries? A Non-Ideal Theory on Democratizing Refugee Camps”.
