Akif Tahiiev is Research Fellow at MPI-MMG. He holds a PhD in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine) with a thesis on Shia Islamic Law and its specifics. His wider research interests include Shia Islam, Minorities, Islamic Law, Comparative Law, Human Rights and Legal History. [mehr]
